
Anti-inflammatory Turmeric Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Pumpkin or Sweet Potato Puree
- 1 Cup White Rice
- ½ tbsp Turmeric
Instructions
- Cook rice until soft and slighlty overcooked so that it will be sticky and easily stick together
- Mix the pumpkin or sweet potato puree with the cup of rice and turmeric
- Roll into balls (you may want to use glves since turmeric stains))
- Place in the oven at 350° for 20 minutes
- Remove from oven and allow to cool
