Ingredients
Instructions

Make a patty with both the ground chicken and ground beef and mix them together

cut the patties into strips with a knife
-
Place in dehydrator at 250 for 6-8 hours until fully dehydrated. If using a stove bake in stove for 2.5 hours at 250 degrees and decrease to 150 degrees for 30 minutes

Note: Jerky made in the dehydrator may be crispier than jerky made in the oven

Dehydrated jerky can be stored in an airtight container for up to two weeks
